 Join Us!All facilities offering the Kinder Fit program have registration forms available on-site. If registration forms are not currently available at your site, feel free to contact your local Kinder Fit provider or download a registration form here. Once downloaded, please fill out all the information, and return to your center with your payment. If you have any questions regarding the form, please contact your local Kinder Fit provider or e-mail the corporate office to be directed to the appropriate individual who can help you with your inquiry.
Program and Tuition Policies
Service Schedule:
Kinder Fit classes are held year-round and are based on a 48 week period. Each monthly payment covers 4 weeks of classes. Since there are 52 weeks in a year, Kinder Fit classes are not held on the following weeks:
- Spring Break in March (check with your local Kinder Fit provider for precise dates)
- Independence Day Week in July
- Thanksgiving Week in November
- Christmas Week in December
Program Fees:
- Kinder Fit monthly fees are due by the 1st of each month.
- Payments received after the 5th of every month will incur a $5.00 late fee.
- A bank returned check will result in a $20.00 fee.
- An annual administration and supply fee is due at the time of registration and every year of continued participation thereafter.
Disenrollment:
While Kinder Fit classes are provided on a month by month basis, your child's enrollment in Kinder Fit is ongoing unless the child's parent/guardian provides their Kinder Fit provider, in writing, a request to withdraw their child from the program. Written requests may either be e-mailed or left in the Kinder Fit payment deposit box at your child's facility. Please note that not all facilities may have a lockbox on-site.
Refunds:
Refunds are given on a case by case basis upon the approval of your local Kinder Fit provider.
- If you have enrolled in the auto pay option, please note that you may be required to provide a one week's notice prior to the 1st of the month in order to stop your automatic payment. Please check with your local provider regarding auto pay options and policies.
- Refunds are not provided if your child is absent due to illness, family trip, etc.
- Refunds are not provided for classes that fall on public holidays.
